REFUNDS INFORMATION

All SunSails umbrellas and sunsails are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 5 years on the materials and 10 years on some products mechanisms. If a fault is found on a product we will either replace or repair where appropriate. As the products are all bespoke made to your own colour and size requirements we cannot accept exchanges for customer changing their minds on colours after placement of an order or on receipt of goods.
On most orders we take either a deposit or full payment before delivery. Once your order has been placed into production or manufactured the deposit/full payment is non-refundable on the umbrellas and sunsails. On accessories, such as stands, poles, lighting, (unless integrated) that are not bespoke and can be resold we will give a full refund.

SunSails Ltd offer a installation service covering the majority of the UK, and has a 5 million liabilty insurance cover.
