Sunsails will only collect personal data from email, online or telephone enquiries. The details we may ask for are:

We do not ask for your bank details or any passwords. Payment for products are made via Secure PayPal connection where you can pay via debit or credit card or your PayPal account. No card information is retained by Sunsails as it passed through the PayPal Payment Secure Network. We either use PayPal electronic invoices or we can take card payments over the phone. If you are paying over the phone your card details are typed directly into the PayPal card terminal and not kept by Sunsails, we will not ask or accept card payment details via email or text message. Payments must be made by the card holder.

On the online enquiry and order applications we have an option for no further contact. This means we will contact you regarding your initial enquiry or order and not retain the information for our or any third parties future use.

If you happy for us to retain your details we may use your information to promote only special offers or new launches from Sunsails. No data is ever passed to the third party companies working on our behalf or for their own benefit.

On placing an order we will have to pass your delivery address and a contact number to our courier to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your products. We only use reputable couriers such as UPS and DHL or on some smaller items the Post Office.

If you believe the information that we have is incorrect you can call us during office hours to change the details.
