SSAIB to hold a series of Launch Seminars for its Telecare Services Scheme

SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) is pleased to announce the launch of its Telecare Services Scheme; an audit scheme for providers of telecare services. The Telecare Services Scheme is available throughout the UK to all service providers. The SSAIB will be holding a series of seminars for providers and specifiers of telecare services at which we will provide full details of the scheme, its management and operation, give attendees the opportunity to meet the team and ask any questions they may have. The launch seminars will be held in two sessions a morning session for providers of telecare and an afternoon session for specifiers of telecare services at the following locations :-

New Telecare Audit Scheme from SSAIB

SSAIB is launching a new audit scheme for telecare service providers.
The scheme, which is based on the European standard for the management and delivery of telecare services and relevant British Standards, is currently in development, but is expected to be available late spring.
SSAIB has been in consultation with selected telecare service providers and commissioners and now wishes to extend this consultation process to include any interested party
