In order to provide specifiers and purchasers of security systems with a choice of expert suppliers, while ensuring that the highest possible standards of service and performance are maintained, Siemens Security Products has set up a network of Security System Partners throughout the UK and Ireland.
Appointed only after careful assessment of their expertise and capabilities, members of the Security System Partner scheme are happy to meet all of their customers’ security-related requirements, whether they need a single inexpensive component, like a keypad, or a complete turnkey security installation for a new commercial building.
On appointment, Security System Partners receive extensive training for their own employees and, where appropriate, for their customers’ employees. They receive valuable competitive advantage in a number of areas such as marketing support, enhanced access to new and specialised products and enhanced technical resource allowing fast and efficient access to the most recent developments in security system technology, thus delivering the best possible solution to the end customer.
In addition, Siemens assists its partners in developing mutual businesses generation by, for example, supporting telephone marketing campaigns or local road shows for key consultants using joint marketing coalitions.
