Crisis-busting card printer support from 40p a day
Includes new Datacard SD and Fargo DTC range printers

ID specialist Databac  (www.databac.com)  is pleased to announce a new, crisis-beating on-site support package. Available from just 40p per day, this technical support and maintenance service gives clients access to a dedicated helpdesk and a team of field support engineers to ensure the smooth running of their card printers or other ID equipment.

Managing director Charles Balcomb said: “ID card printers are mission-critical assets. If cards cannot be issued, personnel, contractors and other card holders are severely restricted. Now, companies can ensure the continued smooth running of essential ID hardware for less than the price of a cup of tea.”

In a climate of spending cuts, budgeted support makes real economic sense. Databac’s on-site support service enables businesses to plan their technical support outgoings to avoid costly surprises, while eliminating the expense of downtime and associated loss of business.

Databac’s on-site support service offers a guaranteed fix time of eight hours and applies to any ID equipment, such as biometric terminals and card printers, including Datacard’s new SD260 and Fargo’s Advanced Generation DTC range, as well as card printers from all leading brands including Evolis, Zebra, Magicard and DIS.

Even out-of-warranty equipment can also be covered to ensure continued support of older hardware still actively in service.

Agreements of one, two and three years are available. The service is currently available in the UK.
