Everything is new on the Bohle stand
Stand no E36 Hall 6
The Bohle brand is synonymous with high quality fittings, fixings and accessories for glass and the Manchester-based company will be showing a range of new products on Stand E36 at KBB Birmingham.
Alic McCabe, Sales Promotion Manager, says, “Bohle is known for its continuous product development and because of this commitment, we will be showing a range of products that are new to the UK market at KBB. We never compromise on quality and our products are particularly interesting to bathroom designers and installers, property developers, interior designers and housebuilders.” McCabe continues: “This year even our website is new! We have just launched a new online shop at www.bohle-group.com and all orders placed online benefit from a 3% discount.”
Visitors to the Bohle stand will be able to see a variety of exciting products including the new glass surface protection product – perfect for shower enclosures - BriteGuard® which has been, as McCabe says, “enormously successful, beyond our expectations” since its UK launch in October 2011. The system for both smooth and textured glass surfaces is simple to use and apply and needs no specialist training. Full information about BriteGuard® can be seen at www.briteguard.com and visitors to the Bohle stand will be able to see the benefits of BriteGuard® treated glass for themselves.
Bohle is also well known for its quality fittings for shower enclosures. The popular Bilbao Select and Barcelona Select designs a re just two examples of shower hinges that will be on the stand, both manufactured from solid brass with exceptionally tough plating and available in shiny chrome or stainless steel effect. The hinges are designed for 8m or 10mm glass and have an automatic close function, which is activated when the hinge is plus or minus 15 degrees relative to the 90 degree closed position. Outside this automatic range the hinges remain set in any position.
The Plan and Curve range of shower hardware is another new product. Both ranges are manufactured by Bohle from solid brass, with a range of high quality finishes and with many practical advantages for users including ‘rise and fall’ hinges ideal for wet rooms or applications without shower trays. Doors will automatically close when thirty degrees or less from closure.
As one of the world’s leading glass hardware manufacturers and distributors, Bohle has been at the forefront of ‘damped’ sliding glass doors for commercial applications. Now the company is delighted to be launching the versatile Portavant 60 slimline, lightweight sliding glass door system. The Portavant 60 system is perfect for installations such as domestic internal doors and offers soft-closing and opening on door widths from just 380mm, carried on an attractive profile just 57.5mm deep. Suitable for 8mm or 10mm tempered glass doors weighing up to 60 kg, Portavant 60 can be supplied free-sliding or with cushioned opening and soft closing. Portavant eliminates expensive glass processing by suspending the glass door with clamps so no glass drilling or cutouts are required.
These products and more are available to purchase online via the new Bohle Group web shop: www.bohle-group.com . Divided into individual product sectors, the new online shop is fully searchable by keywords, product descriptions or brand names as well as product fields, categories and groups. Every product entry carries comprehensive technical information as well as recommended ancillary products, accessories and where required, fitting instructions and certification. All orders benefit from a 3% discount.
Visitors to the Bohle Ltd stand will be able to take away a wealth of knowledge from the company’s experienced team, and a sample of Bohle’s top-selling glass cleaner.
