A skills and technique course was held at Whirlpool on 21 st June which covered Sales and Customer Care in the KBB market. The course was run by Graham Hayden and covered the aspects of negotiation, body language interpretation and closing profitable leads.

In Toto held a Sales and Customer Care course on 8th June as part of their commitment to their franchisees. The one day course covered the basic skills of closing more profitable deals and the art of negotiation in the current KBB market place. The delegates were introduced to the recognition of customer body language and how to use it to be aware of buying signals.

Whirlpool host customer care course
The latest level 1 Sales and Customer Care course for the KBB industry was hosted by Whirlpool on 6 th April at their training centre in Croydon Surrey.
The course was tutored by Graham Hayden who has now completed 54 of these popular courses over the last 5 years and trained over 550 KBB delegates on Sales skills. The 12 delegates included sales designers from Nicholas Anthony, HKS and Planit. Claire Hunt from Nicholas Anthony commented “Really enjoyed the course and I will be sure to put it all into action” and Davina Keohane from HKS said “Each session was very useful and the day was both fun and informative”

Advanced training courses announced
Graham Hayden has announced that the level 2 course in Sales and Customer care in the KBB industry will be launched in the next few weeks.
Over 530 KBB delegates have attended the level 1 introductory one day course over the last 5 years and the level 2 course takes the learning modules on negotiation, buying signals, body language and closing techniques to practical situations in the KBB industry and shows how to maximise the profitable sales opportunities. The course is approved by the KBB NTG and is eligible for CITB grant for those companies paying the training levy.
