Four / five zone induction hob with Freezone

Fagor has launched its latest collection of stylish induction hobs that include Freezone technology, which are available in 63cm and 93cm sizes.

Finished in stylish silver glass, this 93cm touch control Induction Hob features a central digital display. Together with 16cm, 21cm and 28cm circular zones, this hob also benefits from a 23cm x 40cm Freezone. All zones feature a powerful Boost function.

Freezone hobs deliver greater cooking flexibility than standard induction hobs as a number of pans can be placed anywhere in the zone. Multiple inductors beneath the ceramic glass surface enable the pans to be moved anywhere whilst adapting to the different pan sizes. The Freezone can be operated at a uniform single temperature for multiple cookware, or separated into two zones and operated separately.

Together with programmable timers for each zone, this hob also benefits from a useful ‘Pasta Function’. The hob will alert the user when water is at optimum boiling point so pasta can be added and the cooking time can be set. When pasta is ready to serve, an audible signal will be emitted.
