Hat trick sales success for Roper Rhodes’ Mark Yaxley
Roper Rhodes sales manager Mark Yaxley is celebrating a hat trick of sales success after scooping the company’s Sales Manager of the Year award for the third successive year. Mark has now won the award every year since it was established in 2009.
Mark, who operates across London and the surrounding area, has worked for Roper Rhodes for 12 years and won the award for achievement against a number of challenging criteria including significant year on year sales growth and the unrivalled success he has in the introduction of new product lines.
Colin Cutler, Sales Director at Roper Rhodes, says: “It is testament to Mark’s selling ability, relationships with his customers and sheer determination that he consistently outperforms his colleagues, all of whom are serious challengers for the title and, indeed, the market. The question for him and his colleagues is can he do it for a fourth successive year? That’s a real challenge but if anyone can do it, Mark can!”
