The price is right on best-selling products

Reacting to these credit crunching times Swiss bathroom manufacturer Laufen has lowered the price on some of its most popular products, making them more attractive than ever to consumers and enabling retailers to extend their profit margins during the months leading up to Christmas.

Two of Laufen’s best-selling bathtub ranges are available with up to 30 per cent off selected models for a limited period and there is also a reduction in price in its ever-popular Pro soft-close toilet seat, with the introduction of the Pro X, exactly the same product but sourced from an alternative official Laufen Swiss approved supplier, enabling the cost to be lowered at a very reasonable £65 excluding VAT until December and held at just £85 thereafter.

Over the next three months the Laufen Pro bathtub is available with up to 20% off selected size models, while there is up to 30% off selected Solutions bathtubs. In addition, Laufen has responded to customer feedback with the launch of a fourth model into the range, a 1700mm by 750mm tub with an outlet in the centre.

“These new price points, coupled with adaptations to some of our best-selling products are testament to the fact that at Laufen we never rest on our laurels,” explains Sales Director Russell Barnes. “Our UK team works closely with our Switzerland headquarters in order to constantly introduce new products and make improvements to existing ranges, taking into account the feedback we receive from our customers.

“We also respond to market conditions and these current promotions give consumers the opportunity to purchase a high quality, branded product at a very attractive price point at a time when customers’ attention is often focused on gift buying rather than on a new bathroom!”
