Customer event - A huge success

Over 50 bathroom retailers attended an exciting customer event held by tc bathrooms recently at its new premises in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire . 

Bathroom retailers from across the country were treated to a tour of the brand new purpose-built 205,000 sq ft facility, including the extensive warehouse which includes the latest computer controlled handling and stock control systems.  They were also shown around the new offices, including the marketing suite, where the latest innovative new products were revealed, backed up by eye catching point of sale to help retailers improve their sales. All new products have been selected that have a high perceived value with consumers but offer great margins to retailers.

tc bathrooms has invested a total of £11m in its new premises, which includes a state-of-the-art racking system backed up by a sales order processing system that provides customers with an even more responsive service.

Managing Director at tc bathrooms Martin Chalcraft explains: “It was very important to us that our customers can see our brand new facility and how it will help improve both our ordering and delivery systems.  This is a very exciting time for our business, especially with the launch of our new catalogue and the innovative new products we are planning to release over the coming months in time for the KBB show.  We had some great feedback from customers to our new premises and it was great to see such enthusiasm and optimism for the future.”

The tour the new premises was followed by a round of golf at one of the best clubs in the area - Yorkshire Woodsome Hall Golf Club in nearby Huddersfield .  Customers played a round of 18 holes over five hours, followed by a dinner and drinks, with prizes awarded for the best scores.
