Training course for poggenpohl U.K

The first UK based sales training course for poggenpohl staff was held at the St Albans head office on 10 th November and was run by Graham Hayden.

The course covered all aspects of professional salesmanship and included modules on body language and the “wow” factor for the KBB industry. Within the 11 delegates attending the course was the 500 th KBB delegate that Graham has trained over the last 4 years. Sales designer Kevin Robertson who was awarded a special commemorative gift of a Miele washing machine said “I was delighted to be the 500 th delegate that Graham has trained. His delivery is so fresh and enthusiastic that I felt I was the 5 th not the 500 th. I found the course to be interesting, fun, useful and memorable”
