Revolutionary Porcelanosa

KRION™ is the Solid Surface from Porcelanosa: it is very hard, compact, nonporous and uniform throughout its entire thickness. KRION™ is available in two versions: STONE and LUX. Each of these versions has been developed with different applications in mind.

This is a new-generation material, with an exclusive composition that contains a high percentage of mineral fillers (ATH) with a low percentage of acrylic resins or polyester resins.

KRION® STONE stands out as a material that is pleasant to the touch, with a feel similar to that of natural stone, for its extraordinary resistance and durability, and its optimum resistance to sunlight, without any of these features limiting the possibility of creating complex, seamless shapes.

KRION® LUX has a characteristic smooth, velvety finish and offers limitless possibilities thanks to its thermoforming and backlighting properties.

Both versions can be fully restored to their original appearance, even making it possible to remove cigarette burns with normal detergent and an abrasive sponge.

KRION® STONE and KRION® LUX are transformed using injection moulding technology, although shapes can also be created by adapting and connecting sheets of the material.
