Rakesh Tiwari to General Manager

Rakesh started with Fisher & Paykel Appliances in 2005 as Service Manager UK/Europe and has held the position of Operations Manager UK/Europe since 2006. Rakesh has been Richard’s right hand man for the last 3 years and with many years of experience within the industry; Rakesh is ideally placed to take Fisher & Paykel Appliances forward into the UK and Europe.

Richard Bowe will be relocating to Australia as Managing Director Haier where he will oversee the Haier brand being integrated into the existing Fisher & Paykel set-up. Richard has been an inspiring force in the UK and European business and Rakesh will ensure continuity of Fisher & Paykel business practices.

Both Richard and Rakesh look forward to taking up their new roles from January 1st 2010.
