New promotion at Apex Interior Systems

Darren Vickers who joined Apex Interior Systems as Operations Manager in 2010 has been promoted to the position of General Manager. Initially working primarily in making changes operationally and improving processes, Darren’s success has improved productivity immensely. In his new position, he takes on the responsibility to continue making operational and engineering changes but also adds the telesales department and sales-force to his remit.

38 year old Darren, a married man with children has worked in engineering all of his working life and has gained a wealth of knowledge about manufacturing principles and process improvements. His last position was production manager at Bosal UK where he worked for 16 years. Darren’s goal is to turn Apex into a world class manufacturing organisation and become the UK’s leading manufacturer of vinyl wrapped kitchen and bedroom doors.
