Top chef demonstrates De Dietrich

Brett Graham, one of the UK’s foremost cooking talents demonstrated the culinary proficiency that has earnt his restaurant a Michelin star at the Searle & Taylor Kitchens Open Day on 24 th October. Working exclusively for De Dietrich Kitchen Appliances, he delivered a cooking masterclass to a wide number of customers and visitors to the event.

Head chef of The Ledbury, one of London’s most highly-acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants, Brett also co-owns the award-winning Harwood Arms, which he runs with TV chef, Mike Robinson. Highlighting some fantastic recipes from his repertoire and using the latest cooking appliances from De Dietrich, Brett used the modular collection of DTi741X Continuum induction hob, DTE768X teppan yaki and DTi732X induction wok together with the De Dietrich intelligent DOP895X oven to cook a range of dishes.

The demonstration kitchen was one of the latest Intuo by EWE collection that Searle & Taylor features in its extensive showroom of classic and contemporary kitchens. Together with its own brands, the company is currently rolling out the Austrian Intuo by EWE brand of minimalist handle-less kitchens to retailers on a national basis.
