Christmas is undoubtedly one of the most indulgent times of the year, with lavish meals, delicious chocolates and general decadence around every corner.  This leaves many feeling like they could do with losing a few pounds before all of that indulgence begins.  With this in mind, Appliance365 have launched the enerGi Nutri Scales in conjunction with legendary fitness guru Rosemary Conley. 

The scales are programmed with a chip which contains data for 999 different foods.   This means that as well as weighing each food, the scales are able to measure the content of fat, calories, protein, carbohydrate and cholesterol in each food.  The perfect aid to dieting and healthier eating.     

Using the scales could not be more simple.  Food is placed on the scales to be weighed and then a food code entered, followed by the choice of carbohydrates etc.   The scales will give the exact value of carbohydrates in the portion.  This data can be stored, other ingredients weighed and when all the foods have been measured the scales will provide a total.
