Tile Depot strengthens trade benefits

Tile Depot, the independent tile and stone retailer with 14 stores in London and the South East, has just boosted the range of benefits it provides for its loyal trade customers.

Trades people who register in-store or online receive a Tile Depot Trade Card. The card entitles them to exclusive trade discounts on Tile Depot’s massive range of floor and wall tiles in ceramic, porcelain and natural stone as well as its extensive collection of wooden flooring, under floor heating, all the necessary tools and huge selection of adhesives, grouts, trims and accessories – all available to take away today and covered by the Tile Depot Price Promise.

In addition, Trade Card holders receive regular mailings with special offers and discounts as a thank you for their custom.

Trades people who sign up for the Tile Depot Trade Card now also receive a set of three introductory vouchers with their welcome letter, valid for one transaction each month entitling the holder to an extra 10% saving from Tile Depot’s already unbeatable trade prices on everything across all stores.

Sally Hesketh, Tile Depot’s marketing director, said: “Our trade customers are very important to us and we are keen to encourage and support them, especially in the current economic climate. We are grateful for their custom and their loyalty and we are pleased to provide them with a boost to the savings they can make in buying their tools and materials.”

Tile Depot are official suppliers of Quickstep, Krono, Rubi, Granfix, Fila and Thermonet products and many other leading brands. Stores are open to the trade and public seven days a week, and open at 8am on weekdays so trades people can start their day with the tools and materials they need.

Tile Depot staff are professionally trained to provide the very best service and assistance, and stores are laid out with attractive lifestyle displays allowing customers to view ranges in typical room settings. Free parking and full loading facilities are available at each store, along with Tile Depot’s ‘buy back unused tiles’ and ‘loan a tile’ services.
