Promotions at PJH

National kitchen, appliance and bathroom supplier, the PJH Group has promoted two of its depot sales managers to Regional Business Development Managers as part of a new sales team structure. David Sykes from Bradford will manage the North and Adrian Clare from Swansea will manage the South.

With 47 years of KBB experience between them, plus 18 years jointly at PJH, the pair is ideally suited to take on the challenging new role of developing business for PJH, through the management and growth of key customer accounts within the independent retail and merchant markets.

Each responsible for managing their respective sales team, David and Adrian aim to closely support, train and develop their teams in order to help achieve individual goals and enhance performance.

The new north/south structure underlines the PJH Group’s ongoing and dedicated support to its customers, focussed on providing a first class level of service and a partnership approach to jointly growing sales.

With David covering Northern England, stretching from North Wales to East Anglia and up to Scotland, and Adrian covering Southern England, South Wales and the Midlands, the team will work in partnership as well as regularly meet with the category management departments at PJH’s head office in Manchester.

Both David and Adrian will continue to report directly in to Jon Hartley, National Sales Manager for the PJH Group.
