| KBSA invest in consumer campaign
The KBSA (Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom Specialists Association) has invested in improvements to the website to make it more user friendly and announced that it will be adding two consumer shows to those already in the programme.
The improved website includesan extensive picture library which showcases the latest designs and products available from members to provide inspiration to visitors. Members can submit pictures of their latest products for this feature free of charge. Each picture used will include brief details and a link to their own site.
A regular competition has also been introduced that will encourage visitors to register their details helping to build a larger database of interested consumers that can be emailed on a regular basis.
The first prize on offer is a state of the art digital cookbook, the Mediachef. The Mediachef, which is worth £200, includes cook-along demonstrations and exclusive Brian Turner recipes.
The KBSA has also increased its commitment to Search Engine Optimisation activities that will improve the KBSA ranking when consumers are searching for advice.
The enhanced consumer campaign includes two new events for 2010 where the KBSA will be represented. They include the Kitchen and Bathroom Show, from 26 th to 27 th June at Sandown Park , Surrey and from 5 th to 7 th November, at Harrogate.
The Kitchen and Bathroom Shows include the latest innovations and expert advice from more than 50 individual kitchen and bathroom manufacturers and suppliers.
New at this year’s event is The Kitchen & Bathroom Design Experience, which is an individual design, advice and information centre run by the KBSA and EKBB. The feature will give visitors the chance to consult with the experts on any ideas or plans.
