GMS was founded in 2001 by Henry Lott.

A former Art College student he went to work for EMAP McClaren intially working on the sales side of there business publishing division .

He stayed in Business Publishing for several years where he Managed several magazines and trade shows for publishers such as Faversham Hose Group, Wilmington and The Builder Group before moving to online publishing with Areza Ltd where he helped launch SecurityPark and Security Voice.

In 2001 Henry left the online publishing world to set up GMS, initally looking after the marketing and design needs for a handful of clients in the Security Industry. The company soon made in roads back into the publishing sector helping to launch several security titles and working for International publishers such CMP Information, and Cygnus Business Inc on special projects, monthly titles and annual directories.

GMS has a team of creative, resourceful and commercially minded professionals with experience in design, marketing and Now GMS Media launch this year which looks after all medai sales and publishing in both paper and electronic formats.
