GMS was founded in 2001 by Henry Lott.

A former Art College student he went to work for EMAP McClaren initially working on the sales side of their business publishing division.

He stayed in Business Publishing for several years where he managed several magazines and trade shows for publishers such as Faversham Hose Group, Wilmington and The Builder Group before moving to online publishing with Areza Ltd where he helped launch SecurityPark and Security Voice.

In 2001 Henry left the online publishing world to set up GMS, initially looking after the marketing and design needs for a handful of clients in the Security Industry. The company soon made roads back into the publishing sector helping to launch several titles and working for International publishers such UBM, and Cygnus Business Inc on special projects, monthly titles and annual directories.

GMS has a team of creative, resourceful and commercially minded professionals with experience in publishing, design, and marketing.
